The picture above is the new luminous look while the picture below shows my usual makeup routine.

As you can tell, I have gotten a bit darker due to the sunny rays down here in Southern California, but none the less, you can easily tell the luminous effect with my makeup. The trick is to use a yellow undertone concealer to brighten up the highlighting features on your face. After I had complete my foundation routine before using a translucent powder, I went and applied the concealer on the middle of my forehead above my eyebrows, down the bridge of my nose, brow bone (where you would usually put a highlight eyeshadow), on my under eyes (in an upside down triangle), a bit on my cupid's bow and chin. Using a foundation brush, I blended the yellow undertone concealer to those areas and applied my translucent powder all over my face. After I lightly applied a hint of highlight, but not too much since my has glitter flex in it. Then finishing my face with my bronzer (to warm up and contour) and a small amount of blush.
