It's that time of the year ... !

I thought it's only right to break out the glitter ... but everyone is doing night looks ... I love to rock any type of makeup any time of the day, so here's a way to stay warm and add some pizazz to your casual look!

Kept the glitter casual by making a small gradient effect from the inner corner and smoked out the outer corner with grey's/blue's. Used my new favorite lipstick Modesty from Mac.

Casual Fall Trend: Flannels

Flannels never go out of style. I used to be obsessed with flannels when I was younger. This year, I wanted to use the flannel as an accessory to an outfit and make it my own! I wore this to school today, may I remind you, I leave my house by 6 am, so it's an outfit that's usually thrown together and comfy for my "long-day-wear." Hope you guys get inspiration for your flannels!

Flannel: Forever 21
Shorts: Abercrombie Kids
Boots: Reflection
Graphic Tank and Socks: Kohls
- I feel like this outfit included all staple pieces from every girl's closet!

Settle yet BOLD smokey eye look

Please ignore my shininess! This picture was taken at the end of the night. Just thought I'd share this look since I loved it so much! Definitely a new go-to look for me!
I wanted to do a quick post on this eye look from the other night! I've really been into the smokey eye lately, but in different colors! All that was used for this look was Maybelline's Color Tattoo Rich Mahogany (from the Fall '12 collection) and a skin tone eyeshadow was used to smoke out the look. (I did add a smidge of black to my outter corner crease to give depth to my eyes.) For my highlight, I just used a light concealer ... which also perfected the brows! This look is great for a casual night out or date night with the girls! Feeling extra bold? I'd definitely wear this look during the day! I love bold makeup, but this is a toned down version for me! Hope you guys enjoy!

Halloween Attempt #1: Candy Skull/Day of the Dead Look

I wanted to venture out into something totally different for Halloween this year! I've really been into candy skulls and just skulls in general lately. I came up with this really simple look of a candy skull. This was only my first attempt. If I do end up doing this look, I will add more detail to it. Let me know what you guys think!

Hint: Instead of using white face paint, I used a pale foundation. The rest of the products I used were things I already had in my collection. And I used yellow/gold around my eye instead of having my eye completely blacked out.
Additions: I plan to ombre the petals around my eye from the black to dark blue to the turquoise. And maybe add sequence inside the petals.

Here Comes the Fall ... Lip !

Hey beauties! I know I've been behind on blogging, but I haven't came across anything blog worthy ... until NOW! I was on a hunt for a new lip for fall and found this gorgeous color! ... Mac's Diva paired with Mac's Burgundy lip liner! I find out of all the lip products I use, I simply adore Mac's lipsticks the most! They are worth the $15 dollar splurge and after wearing this lip look for the night, I know it was definitely worth it! Hope you guys enjoy!

Went with a simple eye look and a BOLD lip for this fall evening!

I was so surprised how well the lipstick lasted through the night! After dinner and a movie with no extra applications, I came home and noticed it was still basically all there. (Besides the inside of course from enjoying my Red Robin burger and fries!)
